Family Assistance payments to be made early
Because of Queen's Birthday, Inland Revenue will make the family assistance weekly and fortnightly payment on Saturday 3 June, instead of the scheduled payment date of Tuesday 6 June.
"This means that customers with eftpos cards or access to telebanking will be able to access the payment on Saturday 3 June. All other customers will be able to access their payment on Tuesday 6 June," says Colin MacDonald, Deputy Commissioner Business Development and Systems.
The following weekly payment will be made on Tuesday, 13 June 2006.
