Commissioner submits the 2004 Annual Report
In accordance with the provisions of section 15 of the Tax Administration Act 1994 and section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989, I submit the following report on my administration of the Inland Revenue Acts for the year ended 30 June 2004 and on the operations of the Inland Revenue Department for that year, together with the audited financial statements.
