If you claimed a tax credit last year for donations, childcare or housekeeper tax credit, you should by now have received a Tax credit claim form (IR526).
If you haven't received the form and you want to claim a tax credit, you will find a Tax credit claim form (IR526) under the 'Forms and guides' section.
