When to use this form
All New Zealand clubs and societies must file a tax return each year unless they derive only exempt income.
If your organisation has a certificate of exemption from resident withholding tax on interest and dividends this does not mean your income is exempt income.

- IRD number
- bank account number
- contact details
- income details.

After you finish
Write the club or society's name and IRD number on all papers.
Attach a completed Accounts information (IR10) form or a set of financial accounts.
Write the date you sent the return to us on your copy of the return. Post us the return (even if there is no tax to pay).
Keep your copy for your records.
