Use this form to estimate your current taxable income for child support assessment for the 2010 year (1 April 2009 to 31 March 2010). You can also complete this online.

When to use this form
Use this form if your income has dropped by 15% or more for this financial year.
Note
You cannot estimate your income if your assessment is based on:
- a court order
- a voluntary agreement
- some administrative reviews, or
you are assessed to pay domestic maintenance.
You can only estimate your income if you are assessed under the formula assessment. If you are unsure, please contact us on 0800 221 221.
What you will need
You will need proof of income which can be either:
- two new payslips showing the new wage bracket, or
- a letter from your employer advising new income details.
If you have gone onto a benefit then you will need your Work and Income number.
