Manage account access - Lesson 1: Introduction and registering for an account

Important

With MAA you are able to self-manage your own access to our online services. It gives you control over who accesses your information.

With this comes responsibility. When you use MAA you'll be fully responsible for ensuring that you give and remove access to your designated people appropriately.

We'll make every effort to ensure that you understand your responsibilities when using MAA. Please read our terms and conditions.

With MAA different levels of access to our online services can be granted, to suit the differing roles and responsibilities in your organisation. MAA users can be allocated one of three roles:

  • Account owner – have total access to online services and are legally responsible for how MAA is used by their staff.
  • Account administrators – can have the same access ad the account owner, at the discretion of the account owner. Account administrators are trusted by the account owner to manage the organisations ongoing access.
  • Account user – access is set by the account administrator or account owner.

New users need to register

This lesson will show you how you can register for access to online services including the MAA system.

Access to the system is through our website. You need to register before you can access your account.
