Manage account access - Lesson 4: Viewing user access reports

The following details show you how to view your user access reports for your account.

After you have logged in to the account (see Lesson 2: Create new users if you require help with the login process) you need to go to the top right of the screen and select Manage account access.

To view reports you need to select the User access report button (just to the right of the Create new user button).

Reports can be sorted by any of the headings: Name, User ID, Current status, User account created, User account cancelled, Role or Services. An example of the sort can be clicking on User ID heading to sort the reports alphabetically by the User ID.

You can also Print a report that provides a list of all user access for the online services account.

Selecting the User administration button will take you back to the User administration screen.
