Your IRD number panel
To register for an Online Services account you will need the IRD number for the Inland Revenue account you wish to register for. This can be your personal IRD number, a business, employer or tax agent IRD number.
The format of the IRD number field can be 12-345-678, 12345678, 123-456-789 or 123456789 for 9 digit IRD numbers.
If you don't remember your IRD number, it's included at the top of any return or correspondence from Inland Revenue or you can phone us on 0800 377 774.

Your password must be between 5 and 10 characters long, and include at least 3 letters and 2 numbers. Your password may contain A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and any of the following characters #, +, -, _, @
Forgotten password phrase panel
The forgotten password phrase may be used if you forget your password and need to use our online 'Forgotten Password' service.
Choose something that you can remember easily, but that other people won't guess. This word or phrase must not exceed a total of 32 characters and can contain a mix of letters and numbers.
