Q. How can I move between different site areas?
A. The primary horizontal navigation bar at the top of the page is divided into the four main areas of this website. These will provide further links to take you to sub-categories within these main areas. You will also find links and menus throughout the page enabling you to jump directly to different areas of interest.
Q. How do I know which area of the site I am in?
A. Breadcrumb navigation is located at the top left of each page within this site, under the primary horizontal navigation bar. This shows your current location within the website and is indicated by a list of pages above the current page in the hierarchy, up to the home page.
For example, the breadcrumbs for this page are:
Home > Help > Site use
Each of the categories above the current page is usually a link to the corresponding category page.
Q. How can I get back to the homepage?
A. Clicking on our logo on the top-left of the screen from any page will take you back to our Homepage. You will also find a text link called 'Home' at the top of every page.
Q. I cannot find what I am looking for?
A. Use the search box at the top of every page. Just enter your query terms and click the magnifying glass button on the right. For better results try to avoid words that are repeated throughout the site such as "tax" and "income". For example if you were wanting information on "Rental income" use the keyword of "Rental". The common search will provide a list of what other customers are searching for on our site.
