You are eligible for a myIR Secure Online Services account if:

• you want to create a personal account, use your IRD number.
• you want to create a business account, use your business IRD number (available only for directors, trustees or partners of partnerships).
• you are an Executive Office Holder creating an account on behalf of your employer or organisation. This can be an existing elected office holder such as a club president or they can be appointed because of the position they hold within an organisation such as treasurer, or office administrator. To appoint an Executive Office Holder go to our form:

You are not eligible for a myIR Secure Online Services account if:

• you are an employee creating an account on behalf of your employer (see the information above about Executive Office Holders).
• you are a nominated person or spouse creating an account for the person you act on behalf of.

Use the key word phrase 'I want to activate my online account'. We will verify your identity and you can then use myIR.
