This service allows you to make a complaint to Inland Revenue online.

When to use this service

Use this service if you wish to make a complaint to us about any area or service we provide.

This form is secure so you are able to provide account specific information. However, we are not able to reply to you via email except with general information.

You can also register for our Secure mail service which enables us to contact you electronically and discuss account specific information.

You may wish to provide your IRD number - If you don't have this you can call us on 0800 227 774.

After you finish

If you wish to keep a copy for your own records, please print or save the page.

This service may require you to send confidential information to Inland Revenue so it is located on a secure part of our website to prevent unauthorised interception. If you are unable to access this service, your browser and/or firewall settings may need updating.
