IR4 companies income tax return 2006

1 April 2005 to 31 March 2006

About this return

This service allows you to file the annual company income tax return, online. This is equivalent to completing the Income tax return companies 2006 (IR4) form. You should set aside an hour to complete this return online and already have available your income details for the 2006 year.

When to use this return

Use this service once you have received your IR4 income tax return in the mail and are ready to file it online with IRD.

The numbers in the left margin of the online return correspond to the question numbers on the paper IR4 return. This means you can use the IR4 guide you received in the mail to help explain each step when filing online.

What you will need
  • The company's income details for the 2005-2006 period.
  • The company's IRD number - If you do not have this call us on 0800 377 774.
  • The DLN number from your paper return. This is the 14-character number on the top right of your paper return. If you don't have this number either call us on 0800 377 774 or download a printable return to complete and send back by post.
After you finish

When you have submitted this return please print the receipt page and keep it for your tax records.
