Request a summary of earnings - temporary address change
About this service
Use this service to request a summary of earnings to be sent to your address instead of your tax agents.
When to use this service
If you have a tax agent acting on your behalf, and want your summary of earnings to be sent to you instead of your agent, you can temporarily change your address. Once your summary of earnings is sent, your tax agents address will be reinstated. Please contact your tax agent before making a request as they may already have a summary of earnings for you.
Otherwise, you can view your earnings information through our Look at account information service. You need to be registered to use this service.
If you've already requested or received a personal tax summary, there's no need to request a summary of earnings as your earnings information is shown on your personal tax summary.
What you will need
Your IRD number - if you don't have your IRD number call us on 0800 227 774.
After you finish
If you request a summary of earning for the 2009 tax year before 14 May 2009, it will arrive by the beginning June 2009 at the latest. If you request a summary of earnings for 2009 on or after 14 May 2009 or for any other year, it will arrive within 10 working days of your request.
