If you're registered for online services you can view your earnings information in your secure online services account. You need to be registered to use this service. Simply login or register using the links below.
About this service
Use this service to request a summary of earnings. Your summary of earnings will arrive in approximately 10 working days.
When to use this service
If you prefer to have a copy of your earnings information to be sent to you, you can request it here.
If you've already requested or received a personal tax summary, there's no need to request a summary of earnings as your earnings information is shown on your personal tax summary.
If you have a tax agent who looks after your tax affairs, contact them before using this service as they may already have a summary of earnings for you.
If you are a tax agent and registered for E-File you need to view or print off a summary of earnings through E-File or your online services account

Your IRD number - if you don't have your IRD number contact us by calling 0800 227 774.
After you finish
If you request a summary of earnings for 2011 or for any other tax year, it will arrive in approximately 10 working days of your request.
If you wish to keep a copy for your own records, please print or save the confirmation page.
This service may require you to send confidential information to Inland Revenue so it is located on a secure part of our website to prevent unauthorised interception. If you are unable to access this service, your browser and/or firewall settings may need updating.
