If you want to stop receiving child support under a formula assessment you need to complete the IR107 form. You can also complete this online.

When to use this form
This form can only be completed by a custodian.
If you are receiving a Work and Income benefit that includes a sole parent rate, you are unable to cancel a formula assessment for child support.
What you will need
You need to decide if you want us to collect any outstanding monies that you may be entitled to, and/or penalties that the paying parent may have.
