Complete one certificate for each non-resident you deducted NRWT from during the year to 31 March.

When to use this form
Use a separate certificate for each non-resident, showing the gross amount (in NZ dollars) for:
- dividends
- interest
- copyright (cultural) royalties
- other royalties.
You will also be showing the gross amount of NRWT - in NZ dollars.
What you will need
- the recipients' details and New Zealand IRD number (if known)
- gross amount of dividends, interest, copyright and other royalties
- FDP credits
- payers details and IRD number
- the certificate number.
