When to use this return
Complete this return if you administer a trust or estate for the tax period 1 April 2001 to 31 March 2002. If the trust or estate has no prospect or intention of deriving any assessable income in a given financial year, you can call us with the name and IRD number of the trust and we will record that no return is required for that year.
