When to use this guide
Have this calling aid handy when you're using our automated self-service line. Follow the step-by-step instructions to:
- get updates on your clients' tax balances
- get information about GST or tax refunds, and
- order extra tax forms, guides or brochures.
Access to the tax agents' self-service line is restricted to registered tax agents or employees of registered tax agencies who will require a PIN to access the service.
What you will need
