When to use this form
Where no trustee was resident in New Zealand at the time of settlement, or the trustee later became non-resident.
Also where the settlement is made by a nominee for another person, or is of a nominal amount, and no trustee was resident in New Zealand at the time of settlement.
What you will need
- Trust's IRD number
- Settlor’s IRD number
- Names and addresses of trustees
- A copy of the trust deed and any amendments that may alter the nature of the trust and/or the beneficiaries.
