requests
Request a summary of earnings
About this service
Use this service to request a summary of earnings. Your summary of earnings will arrive in approximately 10 working days.
When to use this service
If you want a copy of your earnings information to be sent to you, use this service. Otherwise, you can view your earnings information through our Look at account information service. You need to be registered to use this service.
If you've already requested or received a personal tax summary, there's no need to request a summary of earnings as your earnings information is shown on your personal tax summary.
If you have a tax agent who looks after your tax affairs, contact them before using this service as they may already have a summary of earnings for you. If you want a copy of your summary of earnings sent to you instead of your agent, we'll need to temporarily change your postal address.
If you are a tax agent and registered for E-File you need to view or print off a summary of earnings through E-File or Look at account information.
What you will need
Your IRD number - if you don't have your IRD number contact us by calling 0800 227 774.
After you finish
