About this service

Use this service to order summary of earnings information for your clients. You will receive your client's summary of earnings in approximately 10 working days.

When to use this service

If you want a copy of your client's earning information to be sent to you, use this service. Otherwise, you can view your client's earnings information through our Look at account information service. You need to be registered to use this service.

You can file this request for up to 10 clients.

If you're not a tax agent, you can view your earnings information through our Look at account information service.

What you will need
  • Your agency IRD number
  • Client name and IRD number/s
  • The periods that you want to request the summary of earnings for.

Questions marked with a red dot will need to be completed to make sure we send the correct summary of earnings to you at the correct address.

After you finish

If you request a summary of earning for the 2011 tax year before 7 May 2011, it will arrive by the beginning June 2011 at the latest. If you request a summary of earnings for 2011 on or after 7 May 2011 or for any other year, it will arrive within 10 working days of your request.
