Orders in Council (2006)
An Order in Council is a notice of an administrative decision issued by the Governor General. The Orders in Council listed here are regulations or legislative orders in relation to and authorised by an existing Act of Parliament.
Fees payable to the Government Actuary (Financial Markets Authority from 01.05.2011)
Section 30 of the Superannuation Schemes Act 1989 allows the Governor-General, by Order in Council, to make regulations specifying the fees payable to the Government Actuary (Financial Markets Authority from 01.05.2011) for the exercise of his or her functions under the KiwiSaver Act.

Section 228 of the KiwiSaver Act 2006 allows the Governor-General, by Order in Council, to make regulations for certain purposes.

Student loan scheme charitable organisations (Order in Council)
Under section 38AE 1(b) of the the Student Loan Scheme Act, a student loan borrower who has been personally absent from New Zealand because he or she was working as a volunteer or for token payment for a charitable organisation named in the regulations may be granted an exemption. An exemption entitles that borrower to a full interest writeoff, which gives effect to the government's interest-free student loan policy.
