Before E-Filing 2019 (and back year) an Individual tax return - IR3 for your clients, please check you have their correct salary/wage and schedular payment information. If there is a mismatch between what you have E-Filed and what we hold in a client's income profile, the return processing will be delayed as a manual fix is required.
