Since our Release 4 Go-Live in April this year, a higher volume of transactions are being processed. This has resulted in delays in the daily Transaction Data Service (TDS) files being sent to your software providers the next morning.

This may mean that the information provided in your software may not be the most up to date financial information for your customers. This will depend on the timing of the TDS information being provided to you by your providers.

We apologise for any impact and inconvenience this may have on your and your customers. We'll update you here as soon as we have further information on time frames for resolving this issue.
