We have now resolved an issue where some returns (up to the 2018-19 tax year) were showing as not processed in our system. This only affected returns filed for customers registered for Working for Families where their spouse or partner had not yet filed for that same tax period.

If you identify some situations where this has not been updated, please send a message in myIR with a copy of the return attached and we'll update the account.
