We're aware of an issue where tax agents who are still linked to ceased customers are unable to access these clients' accounts in myIR and file their returns. There is also a related issue where non-individual customers have INC ceased, but the customer is active.

The cause of both issues has been identified and we are working to resolve this.

In the meantime, where you need to file online returns for clients that are either Deceased, Bankrupted or an Amalgamated company, please contact us via web message with the client’s IRD number and date by which the return is expected to be filed.

If the client is a non-individual that has INC ceased, but the customer is active, please contact us via web message with the client’s IRD number.
