Customer Satisfaction and Perceptions survey results

You can find the results from our Customer Satisfaction and Perceptions survey here. These results will be updated every three months.

Our survey methods include:

  • using an independent research company to survey customers who have recently had contact with us
  • surveying a random sample of the public
  • reporting our results each quarter.
