In December 2019:

  • $127.8 million has been withdrawn for first home purchase or financial hardship, up from $85.1 million in December 2018.
  • $11.6 million was attributable to financial hardship, up from $8.9 million in December 2018.
  • $116.2 million was attributable to first home purchase, up from $76.3 million in December 2018.

In June 2019:

  • $1,091 million has been withdrawn for the purposes of first home purchase or financial hardship, up from $ 8 million in the 2010 financial year.
  • $105 million was attributable to financial hardship, up from 8 million in the 2010 financial year.
  • $987 million was attributable to first home purchase; no one withdrew in the 2010 financial year for first home purchase.
