Paying by cheque
Since 1 March 2020, we have stopped accepting payment by cheque. This means that you will not be able to pay us by post. If you're currently making payments by cheque, you'll need to review our other payment options and find the one that works best for you.
In certain situations, you might be able to continue making payments by cheque. You'll need to contact us and we’ll go over the available payment options. If we find these options are too difficult or not practical, we’ll give you an exception. You’ll be able to pay us by cheque through the post.
Paying by cash
Do not send cash by post. You can continue to make cash or EFTPOS payments at your local Westpac branch. However, from 1 July 2020, you'll need to have a barcode to ensure the payment goes to the right place.
