Welcome to our new-look homepage!
We’ve done a lot of customer testing to make this new homepage easier for people to use. One key change is that pages containing regularly used forms, guides and calculators are now simpler to find.
Improvements also mean the IR homepage works better on mobile devices. For example: the login button for myIR Secure Online Services is simpler to find when accessing IR’s homepage on mobile. This gives people easier access to their tax info on the go.
The new-look IR homepage also loads 50% faster. If you’re in a city that has fibre, you won’t notice this change. But it’s a very big deal if you're in a rural area on dial-up.
This isn’t the end. We’ll keep looking at how people are using the new homepage to identify future opportunities for improvement.
