Changing the scale when printing a PDF of a myIR screen

Some customers have said that certain browsers are scaling information too large for printing when they print a myIR page as a PDF. This can be resolved by customising the scale size when creating a PDF of the relevant screen.

If using Chrome to view myIR:

• Right click and select ‘print’
• Select ‘more settings’
• Change the ‘scale’ to ‘customised’
• Change the scale size (approximately to 100)

Note that Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge will automatically scale the page size.
