An issue has been identified with the letter that is issued when a client is delinked from an intermediary. When an entity has ceased, the letter may show that a return is overdue but there is no return required to be filed and we have already updated our system accordingly.
We are working on a fix for this, but in the interim, if you are contacted about this by a former client, and you know that all returns required have been filed, please advise them to disregard this letter. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
