  • Executive office holder - confirmation letter
  • FBT election decline/cancel
  • Confirm IRD number
  • Automatic payment letter
  • IRD number ceased - deceased customer
  • FBT Filing Modification
  • Working for Families Tax Credits registration - more information required
  • Deceased customer - bank details or proof of death required
  • Certificate of Exemption on withholding tax - declined
  • Penalties and interest refund
  • Resolving penalties and interest
