Most letters will only show in the All client mail service once we finish running our nightly processing. There have been a few instances where the nightly processing has taken longer than expected to run, not finishing until mid-morning. This meant the All client mail service was not up to date if you went in to download the days' letters before we’d completed our processing.

To make it clearer whether the All client mail service is up to date, we have added a new line to show the date and time our last nightly mail batch was processed.
