We were experiencing an issue in myIR related to ceased employees reappearing in employee details. This was triggering requests for tax codes and start and stop dates. A solution has been implemented, and we expect this to fix the majority of the ceased employees reappearing in employee details.

We recommend that you or your client check the employee details when filing their employment information. Where an employee has ceased employment their end date should be added to myIR in the employee details tab.
