You may have noticed a delay in email notifications and/or letters appearing in your All client mail report or correspondence tab.

Since our April release we had been holding correspondence for an additional day to confirm everything was ok. This meant, for example, letters dated 12 May were not visible until our nightly processing completed on 14 May.

The hold on publishing letters was lifted on 20 May so mail will now show up as soon as our nightly processing finishes. However, we have also been experiencing some issues with our nightly processing finishing later than usual. We recommend waiting until after midday to check mail for the day before.

You might want to have a look back on client mail to check you have identified and actioned all pieces of correspondence during this period. We apologise for any inconvenience.
