We have now fixed an issue preventing some transfers from being completed as expected. Previously, a transfer request expired 30 days from the date we received the request. To alleviate this, we have now increased this to 90 days from the day we process the return.

This will also resolve an issue previously that prevented transfers from being completed without a bank account on file.

As our system needs to process all the period balance at the same time, we will still wait for a bank account to be provided before processing refunds for residual credits.
