We have resolved the issue which was preventing logons with the ‘User’ access role from requesting deferred (D) status for clients.

Logons with the 'User' access role are now able to request deferred (D) status for clients that you are not able to file a return for by 31 March, due to exceptional circumstances.

The D status can be requested in myIR from the 'Intermediary centre' until 30 March.
