Further to our previous communications on this issue, we’d like to advise that majority of the issues affecting extension of time (EOT) for your clients have been resolved.

For any clients that do not have an EOT and you have checked your records to confirm the client meets the EOT criteria, please contact your Inland Revenue account manager to discuss.

We're still working to resolve the remaining issue where a clients EOT status was updated incorrectly for 2019 resulting in an incorrect 2020 EOT status.
