We are aware of a myIR issue affecting some customers who use gateway services. Impacted customers are being logged out of myIR after a short period of time. For some this is happening multiple times.

We believe the issue may be caused by the customer being logged in (and authenticated) by their third-party software and logged into myIR with the same logon, at the same time.

We are investigating this issue and do not currently have a solution or workaround.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
