We were aware of an issue that was preventing some customers from being able to file GST returns for the period ending 30/09/21.

This issue was impacting customers who file their returns via Gateway Services or software.

Customers who were impacted received a ‘107-duplicate return’ error message when trying to submit their return.

The issue has been resolved.
