We’ve changed how the tile and summary balance display in myIR for the payroll account - a black balance will no longer display. This is to make it easier for you to see what is currently overdue, as well as any period balances with a future due date.
A balance will no longer display in the tile view (the display when a customer has access to 12 or less accounts). However, the list view (access to more than 12 accounts) will still show a total balance or amounts due and not yet due.
In the Summary tab, the Account balance now shows a table displaying what is overdue and what is coming up due.
