We’re aware of an issue with the income tax return pre-pop in gateway services for customers with a non-standard balance date. The salary and wage information is being pre-populated using the income received in the 12 months to the customer’s balance date rather than for the 12 months ended 31 March.

The correct salary and wage information is available in myIR, and you can correct these details in gateway services if your software allows this, then submit the return. If you're unable to provide the correct details in gateway services, please do not file returns for affected customers through gateway services.

We're currently working on a fix for this issue, and we'll let you know when it has been resolved.
