We have resolved an issue in gateway services for customers with a non-standard balance date, where salary and wage information was being pre-populated incorrectly using the income received in the 12 months to the customer's balance date.

From now on, salary and wage information for these customers will be pre-populated correctly, using the income received in the 12 months ending 31 March.

Customers/tax agents using the Income API or myIR can continue to retrieve income received in the 12 months the customer's balance date.
