Second Resurgence Support Payment Applications for the 2nd Resurgence Support Payment (RSP) for the alert level increase that started on 17 August are now open Resurgence Support Payment

We've resolved an issue where debit interest was being incorrectly charged on income tax and Working for Families assessments for the 2020 year when the assessment was not overdue. We've corrected the accounts of the customers we’ve identified as being impacted by this issue.

If you identify a client affected by this issue and the debit interest has not been corrected, please send us a message in myIR and we'll update the account. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
