We’ve been working on gateway service issues which were causing the:

Income Tax Return Prepop Service

  • To provide incomplete income information to be returned for deceased customers, and
  • Salary, wage, interest and PIE income information for a non-standard balance date customer to be incorrectly returned according to the customer’s financial year (e.g. July-June) rather than the standard financial year (April-March), and  

Income API and Income Tax Return Prepop service

  • salary, wage, and NZ superannuation income to be incorrectly returned as multiple entries

These issues have now been resolved and the Income API and Income Tax Return Prepop Service is now returning the correct income information.
