We’ve made a change to the way you can send messages in myIR. To make sure we know which client each message relates to, all messages you send to us in myIR must now be related to a specific IRD number.

If you need to send us a message that's not client related, or that’s related to more than one client, you can choose to use your own agency’s IRD number instead.
