We have recently decommissioned a heritage system and moved the information, including letters, into our new system. With this change, some further features are now available in myIR when looking at letters from both the Intermediary centre and when in a client’s myIR account. These are:

  • The ‘View letters’ inbox now displays the last 14 months’ letters.
  • There is a new ‘Search’ tab to help you search all archived letters back to 1 April 2017. You’ll see the search tab next to the ‘Inbox’ tab on the ‘View letters’ screen.
  • You can send a letter to archive so that it’s not cluttering the main display for your logon. You can still use the search feature to find it again and, if the letter is less than 14 months old, you can bring it back into your inbox.
