Cost of Living Payment The Government has announced a Cost of Living Payment, which will be paid from 1 August 2022. You do not need to apply for this payment. If you are eligible, we’ll pay it into your bank account. Find out more

We have resolved an issue where the ‘Period transaction summary’ letter was showing how penalties had been calculated but not the calculation of any use of money interest (UOMI) that had been charged or paid.

From now on, this letter will show both the penalty and the UOMI calculations.
