We are aware of an issue which is preventing an E-Filed Companies income tax return - IR4 from being processed when it includes premiums paid to overseas insurers.

This issue has now been resolved.

If you received an error due to this issue when E-Filing your IR4, you do not need to do anything else. We’ll correct and process your return.

If your IR4 has been reassessed incorrectly due to this issue, please send us a message in myIR and we’ll correct it.
